The constitution didn’t put this power in congress for just World Wars, or Long Wars, or Wars at home or wars abroad. But all wars.
If Obama so much as fires a single bullet in Syria, against the Congress’s vote to not do so, his treasonous act should have him impeached and removed from Office.
