So in 22 years has a tax increase even been proposed to the people?
Besides – maybe just maybe this is why there was little opposition to legalize and TAX cannabis in Colorado. That is a whole NEW TAX approved by voters…. So the voters will approve a new tax after all … lawsuit fail!!
