Paul, you, or someone more closely associated with the case, should start a petition at change.org. You ought to be able to collect at least 25,000 supporters that way.
All signatures legit then what is the big problem. We have a lot worse problems going on in this state. Waste of tax payer money to send her to jail.
Obama and his cronies hv done much worse and broke many more laws. How many years are they facing?? These are ridiculous charges from cowards who are afraid of her popularity… sounds just like the IRS going after conservative Christians!! Nothing but a witch hunt!!
This is ridiculous and needs to stop. Mrs Bosworth is an outstanding doctor, mother and wife. Clear harassment in my opinion.
This young intelligent lady needs to continue her talent of knowledge outside of the jail walls..What a cruel system we have,take a look at what some of our presidents have done and they basically were able to continue there service. Please reconsider this charge.

I PRESENTED HER WITH A COPY OF THE FARM TICKETS I AM STILL HOLDING AND SHE ACKNOWLEDEGED THE TICKETS WERE IN FACT FROM THE ONE IN QUESTION. SHE IS NOT HONORABLE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I COULD HAVE MADE A BIG SCENE AT THE MEET AND GREET BUT SHOWED HER RESPECT. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HER DO THE SAME AND REFUND THE TICKETS.
SD is my home state and I left because of the small minded boxed in mentality that pervades the state. To run this witch hunt against this doctor is insane and ridiculous – once again proving without a doubt that republicans don’t have an ounce of brains combined.

Seems to me that the dictionary meaning quoted above by J Scarbrough has been violated by so many of our government leaders that it’s become a way of life! If what this good lady has done is even one tenth of what previous politicians (and there’s not room enough to list them all) have done, then she should be released and allowed to become an asset to society, instead of a burden to the tax payer. If not, those that are now free from all of their misdeeds should be gathered up along with her, and be held accountable for their wrongs! I agree with Teresa Brown…they are fearful of her…I support her also!

You’re charged with perjury for deliberately and willfully signing oaths you knew you had no christian, moral or legal right to sign. You were out of the country but by signing the oaths you certified that you witnessed the signatories signing your election papers.

I am a life long Republican and real Republicans ( not Rhino’s) should take a serious look at this situation and make it right one way or the other. I was raised outside of Chicago and know all about corruption. This has the same stink I am all to familiar with. As far as the A.G. is concerned… a line from Shakespeare comes to mind. “I think she doth protest too much”. What scares you so much you will go to such lengths to silence her? The doctors story rings true. Her ignorance of the rules is not an excuse but is so minor that it should be excused. The A.G.s reaction to it is so over the top that alone tells a sane person that he is afraid of her. Using a sledge hammer to kill a fly…OVER KILL?
